Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Data Management & Gift Processing
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university.
At least two (2) years working experience, preferably in fundraising or database management.
Strong experience with complex databases (or ability to learn and manipulate them)
Manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent writing, editing, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills and advanced ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and ability to work independently and as an active member of a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, which includes: Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in gift processing, data entry, and maintaining database/records, specific knowledge of Raiser’s Edge or similar donor management software is a plus. Superior Internet search skills, confidentiality, and ethical gathering of information. Ability to set priorities, coordinate multiple projects, handle details, and work effectively under pressure, all with minimum supervision.
